The Swagman 63999 E-Bike and Cruiser Bar Adapter creates a higher top tube for your bike by attaching onto the stem and seat post of your bikes. This will allow the ratcheting arms of your bike rack to hold bikes with step through frames and heavier weight bikes, such as e-bikes, securely by grabbing onto the adaptor.
A simple solution to create a higher top tube on Step Through, Cruiser, eBike or smaller bikes to allow use our platform hitch mount racks.

- Attaches to most cruiser bikes, e-bikes. and bikes with step-thru frames
- Creates a higher top tube for use on frame mounted platform hitch mount bike racks
- Maximum load of 35lb if using on a hanging style bike rack
- Not recommended for use on bikes with a dropper post. If you are carrying bikes equipped with a dropper post it is recommended to use a wheel mount or frame mount platform style bike rack.
