Team & Corporate Sales Careers (Customer Service Ninja)
As Team Sales Associate you will play a key role in helping families and teams succeed with their custom orders. The Team Sales Associate is responsible for working with customers based on their needs and providing them with options, recommendations and pricing. You will work with other members of the team sales department and it's vendors to plan the decoration of team orders and complete all necessary administrative aspects to ensure that the customer receives their completed order within the time frame that was agreed upon. Expectation is that this position will be 85%-90% Sales, Sales Related Functions and Customer Service. While the remainder of time will be spent working with vendors and decorating orders in-house.
Main components of the job will include, but are not limited to: - Sales and Customer Service - Administration of the ordering and invoicing process - Vinyl design set up, print, cut, weed and heat press. - Working with vendors on orders, product availability and pricing - Working with decorators on setting up times for orders to be decorated. - Keeping notes on orders and keeping order status up to date in our system.
Required Skills: - Strong attention to detail. - Able to follow workflow processes. - Able to work both in a team environment and independently. - Strong verbal and written ability. - Team player. - Strong Customer Service skills. - Desire to always put the customer first. - Comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel, along with a knowledge of the Google suite of web based documentation products. - Existing knowledge of Cut Studio and Adobe Illustrator is an asset. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment; - Flexible in availability – including possible evenings & weekends.
Both Full-Time & Part-Time positions available. Full-Time 35-45hrs per week. Part-Time 8+ hours per week. Looking for those that are available Saturdays and a few nights per week seasonally.
